Who we are
Pippa (callpippa.com) is operated by PUMA Consulting ("we", "us"). We're the data controller for the information collected through this website.

What we collect
When you join our early access waitlist, we collect the information you submit through the sign-up form:
- Business name
- Your preferred contact details (phone number, email address, or Instagram handle)
- Your answers to a few short questions about missed calls and pricing, which help us understand demand and design the product
We don't collect any other personal data through this site, and we don't use cookies or tracking scripts.
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- Contact you about early access to Pippa and keep you updated on our progress
- Understand demand and shape the product around real shop owners' needs
Our legal basis for processing this data is your consent — you're choosing to submit the form to hear from us. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your details (see "Your rights" below).
Who we share it with
Your form submission is processed using Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which stores the submission on our behalf so we can retrieve it. We don't share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.
Your data can be stored internationally by Formspree as part of this process. We only use processors that provide appropriate safeguards for this kind of transfer. You can read Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information for no longer than 12 months from when you submit it, or until you ask us to delete it sooner — whichever comes first. If we decide not to proceed with the product, we'll delete waitlist data within a reasonable period.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've mishandled your data

Keeping your data safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the data you share with us, and we only ever collect the minimum needed to do what we've described above.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as Pippa develops — for example, once we move from a waitlist to a live product with call handling and booking features, which will involve additional data. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
